Finding Passions

I had the opportunity to take part in the yearly Model UN conference at UMASS Lowell. There were about 60 other students, representing nine different schools. I represented Brazil! We debated and discussed the current issues of each country and how each one could be solved.

During this conference, I learned so much about politics and world issues. I learned so much about Brazil without being there. Because of this conference, I think I have found a deep passion for politics, something I was never interested in.

In the photo, you'll see me with my friends Lauren and Emily at the conference.
